• Extension prices are based on 150 grams of hair, fitting is included in the price. If proper aftercare has not been carried out and your extensions are severely matted an additional £20 removal fee will be added to your maintenance

• Colour matching is done upon appointment

• You will be able to select a preferred date and time for your appointment upon checkout. By providing us with your contact details, we will use them to notify you if your desired date and time is unavailable and aim to re-arrange your appointment
